The desktop app runs meetings in their own window, with native notifications for chat and meeting reminders, and one-click join from calendar links. It updates itself, so you install it once.

Before you install
- macOS — the app is signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens normally with no security warning.
- Windows — we haven't purchased a Windows code-signing certificate yet, so SmartScreen will warn about an unrecognised publisher. Choose More info → Run anyway. We're working on this.
- Not sure which Mac? Click the Apple menu → About This Mac. "Apple M1/M2/M3/M4" means Apple Silicon; "Intel" means the Intel build.
