Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Creating a workspace is free, and paid plans begin with a 14-day trial. You add payment details in-app only when you're ready.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace keeps working — you can enter payment details to stay on the paid plan or drop to the free plan and keep your data.
How does webinar licensing work?
Webinars are a Business feature and are licensed per host, so you only pay for the people who actually run them. Charging attendees for a seat is available on Custom plans.
Do I need a company to sign up?
No. Free and Pro are single-person plans — you get your own workspace and subdomain without inviting anyone. Business adds per-seat licences, webinars and the API when you're ready for them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades and downgrades are self-serve from your workspace's billing settings and take effect immediately.
